Is it my imagination or is the advanced international Super Hornet starting to look like an F-14? The IRST under the nose, the tandem cockpit and conformal tanks give it a familiar profile. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lE3h8yImm4U |

I can't say that I agree. It definitely looks different...but not anything like the Tomcat. |

If I had to guess what it looked like, I'd say it strongly resembles an F-18. |
