P.Allens FHC today started clearing away several WW2 era wooden office buildings along 111th S.W. to make an 'exercise yard' for his growing armor collection (seems the tracks tear up the 70+ year old ramp cement (all 20+ inches of it). So to 'break ground' they used his Sherman to plow through the buildings, the buidings were first cleared of asbestos insulation and other now nasty' items. Wood workers be very sad, all that U.S. Gummint purchased first growth, straight grained dimensional Fir and Hemlock is off to the landfill- |
