I am looking for any information on a B17 named "My Ideal" which flew in the ETO. I am particularly interested in the nose art, if any. I know A/C names and nose art were generally unoffficial and subject to change. Still... BN 42-97156 (94BG 410 Sqdn) and BN 43-37767QJE (96BG339 Sqdn) both bore the name "My Ideal", but there is no nose art associated with either that I can find. Any help will be appreciated. |
