"civ Hawk" say what?

Ok I cannot believe my ears .... I heard there were Hawks (not sure what model) .... in the USA????? Heard 10 jets? ok I assume the military contract market is big but really? Economic down turn? Regardless, I thought it was a great rumour!.. Furthermore, would love to see the civilian Hawk Jet Team ...
