Can't break it down by the day, but the USAF suffered the most losses (384) in 1968, the Navy lost 185 in 1967 and the Marines lost 72 in 1968.

I suggest picking up a copy of "Vietnam Air Losses" by Chris Hobson, Midland Co. Publications, 2001, paperback 288 pgs.

Chris compiled info from official DoD reports and numerous other sources to give a day by day run down of all US fixed wing air losses in SEA, from 1961 through the end of the war. It does not include Army helos. While I am certain that there are a few aircraft losses that are not documented, the amount of info in this volume is incredible, and a great research tool.
