Rumor mill is saying either CFIT or mechanical problem. It was at 3 am local time and they were not at a Troops-In-Contact (in other words, not dropping bombs or getting shot at). Too early to know for certain, though. |

Just a follow up to this. I can't say too much because the report that is currently out is privileged, but this accident was indeed CFIT, not hostile action or mechanical failure. |
