For my money the next step is to persecute those still alive who are implicated in this quote: "It is clear the White House, the Department of Defense, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff all possessed evidence which, if released, would have exonerated him."
Wow-there would be many to persecute, including civilians in Congress. Poor ba$tard, hung out to dry...read this for more info:
