Any credible evidence?

Fri Sep 05, 2008 11:59 am

Does anyone know of any CREDIBLE evidence or sources that indicate that POW's were, or were not, left behind in Vietnam?

I am NOT trying to stir anything up NOR make this a political thread. I am trying to get some closure in my own mind on this issue. I take no sides, either. I'd just like to be able to make sense of all I've read and heard, especially the info online. Thanks.

Read the book FULCRUM by mig29 pilot Alex Zuyev. he mentions in there that it was coomen knowledge in the VVS (Soviet air force)that American pow's were taken to Russia for technical interogations. Alex died in a L39 crash but was one of the bravest men I ever met.

Mikey, Mikey, Mikey! I did a quick WIX search on your login name, and ALL of the posts it listed were political and/or stirring "stuff". This is, after all, a WARbird site, so why don't you take your bag of conspiracy theories somewhere into the high desert and keep an eye out for those black helicopters.
Some of us did things while in the military that quite possibly resulted in, or could have resulted in, some pretty ugly stuff. It was called defending your country, and I'm proud to have played a minuscule part in doing that.
