Hi guys, and hope I'm posting this in the correct section.

I'm trying to find out more about a P-47 with the nose art, 'Air Cooled Injun' and a cartoon of a Native Indian with war feathers. I'd like to know the ship's unit, serial number and any other information. Also the colour of the nose art if possible.

The P-47 was bare metal and I reckon, a bubble top. First 1/4 of the cowling was white, or maybe yellow, as was the spinner.

TIA

Alex
