Continuing my erratic series of Oshkosh 2012 photo posts with the transports. ![]() Nice to see the Tinker Belle fly in a show. ![]() I was impressed by this C-47A N74589, 42-24064, at least from outside. Accurately configured and the paint job is impeccable. ![]() Also in stripes and looking not quite so accurate with the large windows, square wingtops and just slightly off paint colors, was C-47A N33VW 43-15935. ![]() The guys from Willow Run, always nice to see. ![]() Handsome DC-3 N28AA. ![]() Over in the vintage camping area was N734H. ![]() Duggy, with the curtain of smoke provided by one of the aerobatic acts doing donuts with the smoke on. ![]() The EAA's DC-3/C-49, purportedly 43-23835. I remember back in the 1970s/80s EAA used to fly a DC-3 in its blue/yellow scheme. Same one? ![]() Twin warbird row with AT-11 N214CR in foreground. ![]() Handsome Marine marked Beech N7185. ![]() C-45H N45SK ![]() Besides the twin Beeches in the warbird area there were a couple nice ones over in vintage. C-45H N213SP. ![]() D18S N127ML. ![]() And of course Matt Younkin's bird. ![]() T-50 Bobcat N88878. ![]() And finally, the Howard 500. ![]() August |
