One of my kids teachers gave this part to me and despite my best efforts, I cannot identify it. Any help identifying what it is and or what it came out of appreciated!

Interesting, thank you. I could almost buy the flasher since it has two sets of contacts and a cam on the bottom, but not fuse unless it is a very complicated application. |
