Yes Mudge, you are correct.

That is scary sitting like that, it looks like if you broke wind, that it would tip over on her side! :shock:

Actually it looks like they are what we used to call "K-Balling" Or "canniballizing" the aircraft for all serviceable parts.

Look how rough the invasion stripes are. Just reminds you how quickly so many aircraft had to be painted. In many cases I beleive that they were still wet when they took off! Nice pic , as usual. Thanks Jack.
