i can only imagine the debri & foreign matter that got sucked into those engines at...... #1 such a low altitude, & # 2 with so much sh*t flying like shrapnel, AAA fire ( hey i used caps!!!), dirt, ash & greasy smoke. i'll bet, some of those engine mechanics who serviced them cussed a real storm & had their work cut out for them.

Ya know, flying at low level, the crap an engine sucks in

.......but DayUmmm

....I'd still love to stap on a Warbird and haul A Double S cross-county at low level

to extream low level....

Nice to imagine, but dangerous......
