Tim,

Thanks, I'm glad to be on the board. I have known several members for years, but, didn't know about the board. It is a great site. Not only are there excellent photos, there is all the excellent information on the site. I have wondered for so long about the status of many birds, and now I know!

It was great meeting all the WIX folks at the HAG show. Great conversations were had and lots of excellent warbirds were seen! It is always great to share interests with others. I just have to get to more shows! Central PA is in an air show drought! I used to attend Scranton/Wilkes-Barre show, the Harrisburg show and even Williamsport used to have shows! (Can you believe the last time I saw "FiFi" was at the Williamsport show in 1979 (or 80)!!! Geesh, too long!) I don't even think Willow Grove is having a show any more....So, hopefully, this site will help me find some good shows to attend! I do intend to get to the Reading show next Year. That is the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum's show and That is a great group.

Thanks for letting me know about the T-34...I did not recognize it! Geesh, You probably remember when we used to have the T-34's and T-28's at Geneseo...The T-28 props almost touched the dirt when they taxied!

Your photos are great. All my equipment is film, so I don't even bring it to shows anymore. I am just going to have to scan all my old negatives and get them onto the computer....someday! You are doing the right thing mannually, so keep it up! (although, you did miss the shot of the Space Station Pass...18,000 mph...now that would have been one heck of a pan shot! lolol...)

We'll be talkin...

Chip
