Looking for F-105B Maintenance Manual on CD/DVD

Title says it all. Does anyone have a CD/DVD copy of the F-105B Maintenance Manual? I'm interesting in learning more about the innards of the plane now that Gary and have her all unbuttoned. I’ve seen the “B” model flight manual for sale on disc, but not the maintenance manual(s). Anyone have a lead on this for me?
