Post subject:  Pilot dies after biplane crashes during Cameron Air Show
RIP Mr. O'Berg

A 50-year-old Smithville man has died after the biplane he was flying crashed during an air show in northwest Missouri.

The pilot has been identified as Steven O'Berg.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said it received a report just before 2 p.m. Saturday about the crash at the Cameron Air Show. Spectators weren't in danger since the pilot was in the performance area.

Pure speculation on my part,

but it looks like it as a Pitts S-2, N877UP.
