I was a pre-teen somewhere in this crowd.
@4:35, Looks like Hoover, but I don't recognize the plane.

That was ZAR and his AEROSTAR 601, unfortuntely ZAR's real identity was Jimmy Franklin

It is an Aerostar. The pilot dressed up in a Darth Vader or some kind of Black costume iirc.
