Arrests made in ILS copper wire theft @ KSEA

Reported several months ago in a thread I can't seem to be able to locate right now, Police have reported the arrests of two men, one 28 and the other 50 in the theft of 7300 feet of copper wire from the L/H ILS Northbound approach to SEATAC.

They certainly seem to be repeat offenders. I wonder how much they got for the wire?
