When I drove past the old American Airlines hangar at Meacham Field, it looked as though they might be tearing it down. The front and rear walls and doors were completely torn down. The remainder of the structure looked to be intact. Perhaps it's being renovated and it will live on? It's a shame to lose the beautiful art deco facade, with its ornate brickwork and stonework. Anybody know what's up?
I can't believe that I've been driving past that lovely old hangar for years and years and I've never once stopped to take a photo of it. Now that opportunity is gone forever. Dang!
