Apparently a Sherrif's Dept. Cessna carrying 2 inmates and 2 deputies collided with another small aircraft (looks like a taildragger Cessna bush plane) sheering off the vertical stabilizer. News said both landed safely. Sherrif's plane landed with no nose gear in Grand Junction and the other aircraft was shown laying upside down in a field.
The good news is no injuries.
Video story can be seen on Yahoo news.
Regards,
Mark Popejoy
