I have just discovered that the first US registered Zeppelin NT is moored in Beaumont, TX.

It is supposed to leave today on a cross country trip that will take it from South Texas across the state to El Paso, Tucson, Los Angeles to Moffett Field, CA.

Great news!

I read about this recently in Air & Space. I hope the blimp gets enough exposure that it is worth keeping it here in the states.

I have my fingers crossed that it will come to NJ and I can go for a ride.

I saw it yesterday!!!!!

It was heading West, alongside I-10. There was an EAA Fly-in at the Brookshire International SpacePort and Petting Zoo, and we all saw it go slowly by.

From afar, looked like a fat DC-3 fuse.
