Well this doesn't qualify as a warbird, but an interesting sighting nonetheless. One of only two C-41A's listed on the US roster, parked in front of the General Aviation terminal at KILE.

Hello there. Nice to see a WIX poster from Killeen. My uncle works up there, my family has a ranch nearby, and I was up there just about three weeks a month ago in a L-5. Don't know when I'm coming up next... Will have to see if it'll be in a warbird or just a GA aircraft.

I'm taking flight training at CTC, so I'm out at the airport every couple of days. If you're going to be in the area drop me a pm, and I'll come out and see your bird. Looking at your avatar, was it formerly War Bug?

Yep. Previously Warbug - now Delfina for the lady who helped the squadron purchase the aircraft.
