Ok, I need some help with this one.
A buddy of mine, who I consider to be credible, swears he saw a 3 engine turboprop coming in to land last week. He says it looked like a Dash-8/Q400, but it had a forward facing 3rd engine mounted on the tail. Possible it was piston driven but he says it had props and looked like a commuter.
He's not an expert, but he is an aviation enthusiast and he's never been one to embellish.
I can't find any photos of anything close to this description...any ideas?

Thanks!

Showed him the pics and he says that is exactly what he saw. Looks like it's for sale too.

Good machines. I flew from Gurnsey to Jersey in one about 20 years ago with Aurigny, the world's largest operator of them, who still use them today for flights between the Channel Islands.
