.....one second of inattention by anyone of several players.....assume nothing, remember the airplane WILL kill you and not even know it, nor care-trust no one and take nobody's word for anything!

Scary. There have been several safety briefings we've been given in the Guard where they play the cockpit voice recorder inside the C-17 when the maintenance man was crushed by a spoiler. It never fails to leave us silent.

Find the photos of the poor guy who went in the inlet of a running CFM -56 from about a year or so ago, they make people want to skip lunch, very gruesome-
