Saw a Eurofighter Typhoon, while driving in Massachusetts!

Me and my perfect timing,
I was at Westover all day, working on the ramp, I saw a few C-5s go by but as usual, not alot of activity. I left at 5pm and was driving over to get on I-90 and saw a Eurofighter Typhoon breaking to land.

Neat looking, even from the windows of my work truck. Maybe I will see more tomorrow. :D

Cool!

I believe there are still a couple in the US (?at China Lake) for trials.

Just out of interest, do you classify it as an air racer, aerobatic, or GA aircraft?

It wasnt an "Aviation Event, Hangar or Warbird" I figured this was the best place. Military matters didnt seem to have a lot of airplane talk.

Nah...they all left a week or so ago I think. I'll take a wander out to the flightline on my next break and see what else there :)

Once again with my timimg,
I got to the airplane at 11:30 and took care of the squaks.
Was inside doing paperwork and two were in the pattern.
By the time I got back outside, they were departing west.
We were back on the road at 13:00, and wont be back.

Shannon and I are off to Quebec City on Friday Morning. :D

Nope, on their way to AZ for joint force exercises with USAF. They come through quite frequently now. Stop over at KPSM (Portsmouth International Airport) to clear customs, overnight, fuel and go.

Here is some video I shot of some of them last september. Sorry it is shaky. Haven't had a camera available last few times they've come through..

Check out Dave O'Brian's web page for some great shots of their more recent visits to Pease
