Interesting story, but unfortunately, I have a feeling there's more to it than that. If they were "supposed to be out by now" then I suspect their lease expired - some time ago - and they've been month-to-month or under some sort of temporary agreement that Signature has decided it's time to end. Not apologizing for Signature, but considering how things have been for a long time with the Aviation industry and there being a push to kinda "clean up" a lot of the old handshake deals (I know of at least 4 city/county owned airports that have gone through this in the last decade) as leases come due, we're seeing a lot of unfortunate shakeup.
