Does anyone know the current status of this glider? The last time I saw it was in the early 80's hanging in one of the rafter's of a building at the Garber facility. Is it still there? Is there a plan to display it? Thanks... |

It is still at Garber. The WACO that towed it across country also exists in private hands (I had opportunity to talk the guy who restored it). |

Here's a picture of the glider a friend of mine took around 1990. It definitely needs some work (more recent internet pictures show the fabric in worse condition) but its a neat piece of history.
