Just wondering if it would be worth going to Triple Tree Fly-In on Sunday near Woodruff, SC. As I understand it, the main day is tomorrow but I can't go then. Do many of the aircraft stick around for Sunday or does pretty much everyone leave Saturday? I'm in need of a classic aircraft fix but I don't want to make the drive if nothing is going to be there.

A guess is that Sunday will be slow. There is a good chance of storms this afternoon, which is bad thing for attendance at a fly-in that lacks a lot of amenties. There are basically 2 dry spaces at TT - the hangar and an open air pavillion.

I know of several people, including myself, who were planning on attending this year, and didn't go becaue of the weather forecast.

Any reports from the event? Good showing of vintage airplanes?

I didn't go. Just couldn't convince myself to make the early morning drive Sunday, especially after all the rain we got Saturday.
