Post subject:  Sikorsky S-38 Airworthy Reproductions

During the 1990s, two newly completed S-38s took to the skies. These are fascinating aircraft, and I would like to know more about the project and crew's efforts in building them. Can anyone please shed some light on this matter?

Saw that plane at Oshkosh in '05. IMHO, it was the most beautiful plane there...
