Will it fly? I'm not asking whether the replica will fly when finished, rather whether the design will ever get off the ground and will be semi-practical (alot of pushers with long prop shafts don't have the best history...Douglas XB-42 & Cloudster II (if Douglas couldn't get it right during & post war, I'm not sure even Bugatti could get it right circa 1940), BD-5 and Learfan...
I'm always a bit of a skeptic when planes seem to be designed by eye.

I certainly wish them luck.

I thought the Bugatti was a puller not a pusher?

Puller........but is has two engines in the back turning two ground adjustable, contra-rotating propellers via (if I remember this right) two drive shafts, one on each side of the cockpit.

My bad...but my comcern about technical issues involving drive shafts and general design remain.
