I've been scanning my friend Fred Harl's collection and came across this print. Joe Baugher lists this as an impressed Lockheed Model 10A (C-36A in service):

56641 c/n 1096 ex Mid-Continent NC17375 impressed Jun 8, 1942 Redesignated UC-36A-LO in 1943. To NC17375 Feb 1945. WFU 1957.

Great shot. I dream of being transported back in time to this era when flying Lockheeds for small airlines would have been a great adventure.
