This is a shot in the dark, but does anyone have any info on the Cessna 195 that use to fly sightseeing rides on Long Lake in Naples, Maine?
It was white with red trim and I'm looking for a nice photo of it and it's N-Number.
It flew there during the 1960's through about the mid-80's and I rode it several times as a kid. It was my first float plane ride. I have photos inside it, but not of the aircraft itself.
Thanks.
Jerry

Jerry,

You might try scanning through the photo gallery at http://www.cessna195.org/ or send them a request, the group may know somebody that can help you.

Good Luck...........Roger

Suggest you try the seaplane operator presently at Naples. I knew one of the 195 pilots 30+ years ago who perished in a Beech 99 crash on an IFR approach in Maine.

Roger Currier still operates 2 C195 floatplanes in Maine in a commercial operation

Thanks guys!
I'll try all of those leads.
I've slowly been trying to get a photo of every aircraft I've flown in, and I'm slowly filling the gaps.
