Looking for info from Harlow PJC-2 experts/owners

I'm a big fan of the type and growing up in Deming, N.M there was a local guy that had a Harlow project that was in pretty sad shape(see photo's) I remember him telling me it would need to be re-skinned entirely.
Please if anyone knows about this particular Harlow and its current where-a-bouts and its serial #, it would be greatly appreciated. The two stacked wings photos I'm not positive they belong to the Harlow but I think they are. I'm just hoping this will jog somebody's memory.

Russell Williams is currently restoring a PJC Harlow. His website has information about his Harlow, as well as about the remaining examples. Address is www.russellw.com

A Harlow flew to the Blakesburg fly in in 2009. I'll see if I can find a picture in my files.

I've been fascinated by the PJC Harlow's because of their similarity to the general shape of Spartan 7W's.

David Callender very graciously offered to fill in as our speaker for the evening. He shared a number of
stories about flying his 1939 Harlow PJC-2. He said that there are still four of these airplanes in existence, but
that just two are still flying. He is the only person alive who has flown all four of these special airplanes.
There were only 11 ever built and only ten ever had engines in them.

I am the owner of the Harlow pictured at Demning, NM. It is N31PJ, serial no. 2, It is a long term restoration project that has made good progress in the last year. I have tried to post a picture but was unsucessful. There were eleven Harlow PJC-2's built, flown and registered with the CAA. Four were drafted into the Army Air Corp at the beginning of WWII as UC-80's. I have been fortunate to have flown in three of the six aircraft left. There was an trainer model built called the PC-5, four were registered with the CAA and subsequently refurbished and sold to the India Air Force as PC5A's. I am interested in any history of them in service in India. I have compiled considerable info on the Harlow Aircraft Co. I would be interested in any history or info that is available on these great aircraft!
