More brake issues, so it went on the truck.


As for what they're like to fly, the D.VIII is the best of the three, not a bad sport plane for a 91 year old design. The Triplane is a bit of a challenge, pretty unstable, but the main problem being that the middle wing blocks out most of the world when the tail is down. Didn't fly this D.VII, but another one I flew was like a big Cub as they say, although this one was a bit heavy and the pilot said it flew that way.
