where is that somewhere in the east asia?

in some respects those props look worse than some ww 2 pacific wrecks still sitting out in that area! 60 + years later!!

Are you sure that it is metal and not wood with a metal cover?

These aircraft were left by the cubans when we invaded Grenada in 1983. The planes were not damaged during the invasion except for the AN-2 colts clock was seen flying off in an Army OH-58 to points unknown. I guess 24 years of ramp life in the islands is hard on airframes.
