Kinner Exhaust parts

Thu Apr 26, 2012 10:03 am

Hi Everyone

I am currently looking for exhaust parts for a Kinner engine as configured on the Fleet Finch 16b biplanes.
It is a two piece ring exhaust mounted on the rear of the engine. There are also heat collector shrouds that are two piece and collect heat for carb and cabin heat
Any or all of these pasrts are needed .
Any leads would be appreciated.

Thanks

Cam,

If you strike out, and end up having parts made from scratch, let us know at VWoC. We may want to get in on that.

Good luck,

Dave

I might very well be interested also, especially if we can get a volume discount going. :)

Thanks Guys
Most have recommended Acorn Welding in Alberta to do the job
Contacted them and they estimate the cost at 5K
Also the would require drawings of the exhaust(which I have never been able to locate) or and assembly to copy . A bit pricey IMHO
