Wow. Sad to hear that she went down. I met Alejandro when I was in Ohio. Seemed like a really nice guy. It's a sad day for the Convair community, the Boca community, and the Freight community.

FYI - N153JR was a CV-340, not a CV-440.

FYI - N153JR was a CV-340, not a CV-440.

Not that it's important under the circumstances, but this was one of 20 CV-340s subsequently converted to CV-440 standards by Delta.
