AC question, 1930 Boeing

I don't suppose anybody out there knows what is contained in spec AC-98-25-515C?

It's referenced on a Boeing drawing from 1930 in regards to cable splicing.

I'm guessing that AC may refer to Air Corps or something like that, not Advisory Circular.

I would agree that it is Air Corps.
