Great Lakes

Thu Jan 20, 2005 12:26 pm

One of many projects I am researching is the history of Great Lakes N202K. It was a Cirrus powered airplane early on and then when owned by Betty Skelton is was Kinner powered. The powerplant was changed again at somepoint to a 185 Warner. Frank Price owned it and flew in the 1960 World Acro Championships. What I would like to find is a picture (or pictures) of it in the Price paint scheme with the Warner engine. If anyone can help please drop me a note.

Thanks in advance!

Dan,

Your original request was before I joined the forum. Anyway, better late than never. This is just what you asked for, when owned by Price.

Don't know the date, but close to 1960. I've just scanned it off the original medium format negative, 6x9cm. PM if you want one in higher res or if I can help with any other projects.
