Kermit Weeks takes his newly-acquired Albatros D.Va for its first flight since arriving in Florida. Built by Peter Jackson's, The Vintage Aviator Ltd. in New Zealand, this was its first flight in the US - and very likely the first flight of any Albatros in the US in a very long time! The engine is an authentic Mercedes 200hp straight six-cylinder engine. Awesome sound!

Nice! Check out this GoPro head camera footage Kermit put up on a recent flight of his Albatros. Calls it his Kermie Cam. Pretty cool
