I have one of the 21st Century Toys one of these, but it was quickly diassembled and put into the closet as soon as I got this one home. I found it in a Toys R Us of all places, made by Elite Force. It's the only WW2 aircraft they make right now, but I was VERY impressed with it!
I played around with the digital camera, and warmed her up for a "flight."

Actually, the company that makes those planes is NOT the same company that made my P-51. You're talking about 21st Century Toys: http://www.21stcenturytoys.com/ Their stuff is good, and I really like their P-47 (which I did buy), but this P-51 was made by Elite Force, and it's MUCH better. Here's a site that has the P-51 for sale: http://www.jaguarmodels.com/118elite.htm Here's another good photo of the plane, including interior detail: http://www.krimemasters.com/images/prod ... roduct.jpg I've read that 21st Century Toys is coming out with a re-tooled P-51, probably to compete with the Mustang I just bought.

I picked up one of the Corsair "toys" in August for my son's birthday. It is absolutly incredible. He nearly wet himself when he opened it (7 yrs old). He will hold it for hours and just look at it. He even cleaned off his shelves without prompting to make a display area.

It is done up as Marine's Dream. Have a close friend who is an ex marine tanker. He nearly wet himself when he saw it too. :D

He is tracking one on Ebay for around $50 plus shipping. I am watching for the Mustang for my home theater room.

those corsairs and p-51's by bbi elite force are available at toys r us for $39.99. that's if they have them in stock, but it beats alot of the ebay prices.
