Some of you older guys (or kit collectors) might be familiar with the Monogram Airpower Kit from 1959. PA 56-398...(that's $3.98 a lot of allowance money back then!)

It has 1/240 scale: B-52, KC-135, B-47, B-57, B-58, B-66, C-130, SA-16, T-33
F-84F, F-86, F-89, F-94, F-100, F-101, F-102, F-104, F-105.
It comes with complete decal sheet, and a base for all planes to "fly" via precut wires.
There is even a booket included with a brief history of the USAF and photos and specifications of all the planes included.

Do you know anyone who can make very small parts from resin?
I just found a real nice set but it is missing 4 pieces…
B-58 vert. stab
F-86 vert. stab
F-84F horz. stab
B-57 tip tank

I have another set with the pieces, so they are available to make molds.
If I can get these parts, I’ll have a kit to sell/trade.

Thanks...

THE Holy Grail of kitdom, That has been requested sooooo many times as a reissue subject to whoever owns REVELLOGRAM now. The last time I heard of one going on the market it went well over $300.00 I believe some folks would walk 100 miles on their knees to get ahold of that kit-

You won't believe what I paid...and I don't want to depress anyone, so I won't say :)
Let's just say you can go into any Hobbytown and pay much more for a Japanese car kit.
I stopped at a fairly new junk/antique store on my way home when I noticed some toy cars in the front window. There was nothing of interest to me until I turned to leave, and there it was right at the cash register...
I could not believe it.

Too bad I bought my other kit a couple of years ago off an internet dealer for much more than $300.

Now I have an embarassment of riches...
I'd still like to have one built to go along with my collection of 50-90s USAF desk models.
