The Wendover Museum has had several large scale model bombers donated to us and I ma putting together a "evolution of the Heavy Bomber" display together.
A couple of the models were donated after the builder had no toher options but to get rid of them. They are in great shape but missing a few pieces. The B-52 is a large scale - the Monogram 1/72 kit. sadly, it is missing the wing spoilers - anyone out there that has a extra set they are willing to part with??
The B-1B is also a large scale - 1/48th Revell kit - and dangit - the radome is missing - but it was donated, so I am once again hoping to find a radome out there looking for a good home
Lastly, as you can tell I have a few big models - plus a large "Silverplate" B-29, B-17 and B-24. I would like them all to be sitting on a "concrete" ramp. Do any of you have any suggestions for how best to get a simulated concrete surface onto plywood?
Thanks,
Tom P.
