CF-134C Roll-out

Ladies and gents, the CF-134C was finally rolled out today at Canadair's Cartierville plant.
The aircraft is due to enter service with a few squadrons. The -A and -B versions are soon set to be produced.

looks like a multiple cross breed of numerous warbirds!!! i see dna from the f-111, f-15, mig 29 & a partridge in a pear tree!!

This is one of Ollie's "what if" models. I beleive particular one is a Sukhoi Su-32, although it's kind of hard to tell, as I've also seen it refered to as the Su-34 and Su-27IB(and just to add more confusion, there is a M-14 powered trainer that was refereed to as the Su-32 for a short while).

kind of figured that, but wasn't sure. pretty convincing though!!! the canucks haven't mounted a major bird prototype of their own in decades. no offense neighbors!!! good looking model though

The best what-ifs are those that fool people, and this one did!
It's a Sukhoi Su-34 (or Su-32FN if you prefer) painted as RCAF plane, circa 2002. It carries ALQ-99 jammer pods, and I doubt that any AA missile would find it before one HARM or ALARM shot from the CF-134 has rendered the radar guiding the said missile pretty much useless!
