Flying Styro Kit, a Czech firm that specializes in producing electric R/C airplane models is releasing what looks to be a beautiful little Mosquito FB.VI http://www.flyingstyrokit.cz/mosquito.htm . I can't read Czech, but it looks pretty good, and if it's anything like their Spitfire Mk.IX, it should be a real gem! Flying Styro kits have earned a good rep from the reviews I've read.

Hobby Lobby http://www.hobby-lobby.com usually carries Flying Styro's kits, so I imagine it'll be available through them sometime this spring as Hobby Lobby has announced a system of retracts http://www.hobby-lobby.com/retracts.htm that would be compatible with the kit.

Cheers,

N.

Looks terrific. I have their 109E and have never assembled it but it is a nice model, and it is one of their first so the new ones must be even better. All of their models look good enough just for static display (except for the 262 with those gross ducted fan nacelles; they should come with an extra set of scale nacelles for static display).

Between them and Alfa, one can sure put together a great little electric WW2 air force these days.

I've been told that there is an english page available for the Flying Styro Mosquito http://www.flyingstyrokit.cz/mosquito_en.htm. Thanks to Vladimir Stoje in the Czech Republic for the info.

Click on the little RAF roundel on the top left corner of the page then select the "SUPPLY" link. The B-25 and Me-262's look fantastic.
