Hello folks,
Here's this model which I recently finished. It's a Hawk model from 1963,which saw plenty of shelf life to the point that the decals were ruined. That's why I decided to paint it like the military version.

Very cool! Nicely done. What is the length of a 1:48 scale Skymaster...it's hard to get perspective in your shot.

Great job Jaldo!

Fantastic justice to the kit compared to my half built version of the same... Particularly my windshield doesn't fit and I've had to strengthen the main gear legs with short metal pins! How much weight did you put in the nose? Me? Weigh (!) too much....!

I'm abandoning the decals for a self designed red and white civvie scheme - I haven't designed it yet mark you... Still filling the cracks...

Vernicator, mine measures roughly 19cm from spinner to fin-tip...

Cheers

Treadders

I put a 1/2 oz. egg sinker in the nose.My cat broke the blades in one of the propellers and I almost when hunting
The model has good exterior details, opposite to the interior.Overall it's a nice model.
