Can anyone give me a lead on finding 1/32" scale figurines of WWII carrier flight deck personnel, handlers, armorers, pilots etc?...

Tamiya had a few sets, they should still be available.

Try Verlinden, they have alot of different figures, I don't know about WWII, though.
