Is anyone out there able/willing to build me a mailbox of a warbird? It will start with a legal basic dome shaped(?) mailbox and then I need the rest built up like a warbird. NO stick figures or flat wood parts. It will need to be completed including paint to my specs. Wings and tail will need to be removable for shipping unless your near by and I can pick it up.(Northern Calif)
Type of airplane to be kept secret for now.
Please PM or EMail me with your requirements.
Thanks
Chuck

Hi Chuck,

I'm a (currently unemployed) professional model builder and would be interested in hearing what you need done. I build architectural / topographcal models for the living and scale R/C warbirds for fun. I have access to a full shop including things like CNC cutters, laser cutter, and 3D printer. I can build pretty much anything you want to whatever standard you require. If you think I might be your guy I can supply pictures and references of my work if necessary. Thanks for your consideration!

a mailbox would make an awesome p38! Turn it upside down so the hing opens from the top, use the now flat top to build up the cockpit, and stab a couple of wings and the engines back to the twin tails and bob's your uncle! Be kind of large tho :p

My cropduster cousin used to have a Space Shuttle mailbox. It really looked exactly like the full sized one. 8)
