Here is some history for you.
A guy I know who drove 5 ton tractors in Vietnam took alot of pride in his truck. He spent quite a bit of what down time he did have by making his tractor look good. His company commander one day went up and admired his work by saying.
"I hope you dont think your not going to get that truck dirty and just use it for the easy jobs around base do you?"

Well his truck got dirty and then his commander would see it clean again...............every time. This went on for a few months until the day when his CO asked him if he wanted to command a Gun Truck. He went to work once again!!

His hard work and dedication have once again been noticed 42 years later as both replicas of his Gun Truck and his tractor have been built.
