Does any one know where I can find a M-1 Garand. I know that new ones can be had, but I don't watn to fire it, just want one to hang on a wall in my ga,eroom. SO i hate to buy a new one for that. I would love to find a real one that no longer fires. |

The new ones are cut rate copies of the old ones and aren't as good or valuable in my opinion. |

Well, you could have gotten one from the CMP for $395. It would still be fully functional though. You just need to go to the gun shows or look on the firearm aucton sites, theres always garands a plenty on the internet. If you don't want to fire it you should look for one with a demilled reciever. Good luck |

You can get an M-1 drill rifle (welded this and welded that) from CMP. They run $295 plus shipping. |
